Have never stopped in the brewery but have driven past a number of times on the way home from from work. Friday evenings in warmer months they have had either a smoker or wood-fired pizza trailer cooking stuff up out front next to the road.

Managed to snag a six this evening. Oddly, it's in cans this year. Guy at the store said Bells is doing some remodel that is making them can it this season.

Stuff was room temp at the store so put a couple cans in the freezer for a little bit. Will try later.

Fucking losers, dorking out to beer on the internet and sending it across the country to one another. He is like the king of the craft beer nerds.

Speaking of king, I heard that '16 recruit/incoming frosh Josh King may be talented enough to avoid a redshirt. Can't wait to get him on campus. Anyone have any insight on if he's a quick twitch athlete? Can he flip his hips? Can he get low and turn the corner?

I went 12 days without alcohol. I thought maybe I could do more but it still feels like a major achievement. Tonight I got tired of feeling good and wanted to feel bad again. The strange thing is I feel better than ever.
I stopped by Big Ten and asked if they had any Hopslam but they told me they have been sold out for weeks. So I bought some cheap red wine and some Miller Lite.

I still have 9 sitting in the fridge. Was going to drink em this weekend but got the flu instead. Trying to lose a few pounds before our trip for spring break, but I'll be damned if I don't drink every last one of these delicious beers before that. Maybe during the Super Bowl or something. Anybody know how long they're good for? The can says to drink them as fresh as possible, or something like that.

Never had a problem with Hopslam straight out of the bottle. Definitely not in the league of beer snobs at beeradvocate.com but took a couple sips from the first can I opened and knew something wasn't right. It needs a glass.

Know you're not a true beer guy but try using a glass with this canned stuff. The color and head are amazing, plus it tastes much better.
