These guys have chosen to make one clear rule about something very insignificant - they don't want users having multiple accounts. That is hardly arbitrary. The only arbitrary part about it is that if they deem it pretty funny they'll let it go. I see nothing wrong at all, and nothing remotely in the RCMB vein of over moderation. Simple request. Own what you post under your handle. It's not as if they're stating that they will delete your posts and ban you for any reason they deem appropriate.

And again, CrazySparty is just trolling for an argument, and apparently he has been successful in that endeavor. If he really thought this was an issue, he would start a separate thread/poll on it and let the voice of the people shape the rules. SRC has indicated he's cool with that.
