BC got a screw job at the end of the half. Clem MLB forearm shivers a guy in the throat and they call a PF with targeting. They review it and wipe both the targeting and PF off. First off, I thought the PF penalty would stand regardless of the targeting review (yeah, DWGS has a thread for that). Second the dude elbowed/forearmed the dude in the neck/chin and his head snapped back. He was running in open field so he wasn't a defenseless player...but jesus h...if that ain't targeting and McDowell wrapping and hitting a guy in the ribs is...that rule is fucked up.

FWIW generally like the rule and get why McDowell was flagged (led with his head against a defenseless player).
