The whole nuclear arms reduction thing has always made me scratch my head.  According to the New START deal both Russia and the US were to reduce their total numbers to 1500 warheads each.  The other seven nations with nukes have around 100 each.  There are studies that show the fallout from even a small nuclear war in one region using 100 or so warheads would most likely wipe out humanity.  So its refreshing to know with this deal that could only happen 40 more times rather then the current 160 more.  Silly either way.  

It reminds me of a chemical applicator class a colleague of mine went to.  At the end of the class the instructor asked if there were any questions?  A guy raised his hand and said, "So if 2 oz/gallon of full-strength glyphosate (active ingredient in Roundup) is what it takes to achieve 100% kill would 4oz/gallon be better or faster?  The instructor responded by saying, "If you are achieving 100% kill with the minimum rate there is simply no way of going beyond that."

Spicer was asked the question in reference to a Reuters report which, citing unnamed sources, suggested that Trump had to ask an aide what the treaty was while on the call. "It wasn't like he didn't know what was being said. He wanted an opinion on something," Spicer told reporters."

See?  Spicer cleared it up.  Everything's under control.
