Over $50 million spent on this election.
That is just insane.

the Republican will win by 3-5 points.. it'll give the mainstream media something to talk about while they refuse to cover real news.Watch Out Pylon! wrote:I hope the republican wins so Goose comes back and tells us how stupid libs are. Fingers crossed.

We have councilors on standby if your feeling are hurt over the travesty that happened on Thursday. Would you like me to set up an appointment for you? I understand it was quite traumatizing for some.

The Republican is a career (failed) politician. The Democrat reminds me of Kermit the Frog.

Re: The 1st test - April 18th - Georgia
I think its will be a squeaker with the GOP winning by 1-2% points.
Without the primary competition the Democrats may have gotten more than 50%.
Good news regardless of outcome is voter participation will be high for a special election.

wow - if only someone had said the republican would win by 3-5%.
side note: do people really get paid to do research, etc on stuff like this when all you have to do is know the area, scan a few headlines and come up with a more accurate assessment than they do?

MSM needs to fill airtime with something. Might as well be, "Holy fuck! If a democrat wins does this mean Trump is getting impeached? We report, you decide!"

Re: The 1st test - April 18th - Georgia
Price won GA-6 by a 31% margin in a district that's been a GOP stronghold since Gingrich won the seat in '78.
The result looks like the GOP lost support of 27% who voted for Price but its a bigger margin than Trump had in the district.
Probably would have helped if Ossoff had actually lived in the district for a decade and the GOP had a candidate the locals knew and had won a state wide race for Sec of State. The Democrats brought a new knife to a gun fight.

0-4 for Dems attempting to win over a red district.
I have a feeling they don't win back the house in 2018.
