that said, it's entertaining that Comey - who deliberately tried to influence the 2016 election - suddenly wants people to believe he's serious about investigating outside influences on the 2016 election.

I'm shocked he hasn't already. Seems like he wants a puppet in every important position there is so he can just tell them what to do and they'll fall all over themselves trying to do it. How has Comey gotten spared?

His position is good for 10 years or something like that. He can't be fired, trump has asked him to resign, I think, but he refused.
