1. I wanted Obama to fire him because I believed he was bending the election towards Trump. However we understood Obama couldn't fire him because of what it would have meant politically. So the above is complete bullshit. As usual

2. Now, I didn't want the president of my country to fire him because it would look so nixonian and weird and embarrass us even more. So, the above is bullshit again.

3. I was praying Trump was so fucking stupid he would fire Comey so somehow Rosenstein recommends an independent council and I was hoping dumb ass Sessions somehow was implicit in the firing because it's going to be so entertaining to watch the dance Trump apologists do about this one.

As much as Trump (and his spin team) try to say this isn't about Russia, he may have just stepped in it. There are some Republicans who are raising some eyebrows about the motive. We'll see how many have the nuts (like possibly Graham) to request his tax returns.
