He's more or less okay. In hospice care but has stabilized some since two weeks ago. He's obviously not great, but in relation to being home-bound and in hospice care, he's doing okay.
Thanks man. I'm heading back to EL tomorrow.

Well good. The last months are always an up and down thing. I thought you might have been down there based on your posting times. Know I still love ya even when I'm working to shock you out of your misguided ways. ;-)

about 95% of the time I'm drinking one of the following: Hamm's, Stroh's, PBR, Old Style or maybe a Labatt's.

According to Roc, I'm an entitled asshole, so do it for me.
NigelUno wrote:

Smoke beer is made by smoking the grain before you brew it, imparts a bit of a smoky flavor to the beer. If the basic beer is good, I think it's typically like a pilsner, it can be interesting.

It's actually the sweetness at the end of the sip that makes me enjoy it. Had it for the first time 4 months ago so I can't say what it was like before then. Still a world class, and perhaps the most well reviewed, Scotch Ale in the market.
I'm headed off to Founders in Detroit in a few weeks. Any recommendations?
