I'm pretty much with Steve on this - Ii think it's a reset not a complete rebuild. Try to get younger, shed some deadweight contracts and see how the team performs with some youthful enthusiasm injected. I have nothing against Victor but honestly I won't be sad to see him go and Kinsler is turning into deadweight at 2nd.
