If you are a "conservative" when it comes to economics
Doesn't that actually make you a "liberal"?
I don't understand these definitions. I was thinking Trump might be a "facist" but isn't that lumped in with socialism and the extreme far left? But actually it is the extreme far right that supports Trump. Or is it?

Conservative economics dates back to classical liberal thinkers.
Fascism should not be lumped in with "socialism and the extreme far left." People who say otherwise are being dishonest or just poorly read and easily duped.

Todays"conservatives want low taxes, government programs that support their investments (like import rules, lax environmental regulations and government spending that buys products from their companies) and they always want small "common sense" government until they need a bail out.

Conservative economics will always rely on socialism to bail itself out when it fails.

I guess these were two seperate topics but kind of related.
Yeah I was thinking pure capitalists going back to Adam Smith would be branded as liberals. Which is the extreme opposite brand of conservatives that support their theories.
I am poorly read. What are examples of facists that pushed for pure capitalism or had the support of that group like Trump has (had)
