NSIAP - Johnny Spirit Has NOT Been Banned From Spartan Stadium..

EAST LANSING – Johnny Spirit isn’t banned from Spartan Stadium, Michigan State University Athletic Director Mark Hollis said Thursday.

“We have no knowledge of him being removed from the Stadium, nor is he banned in any way. He is a fan,” Hollis said in an email late Thursday.

I'm glad to hear that fully grown men who dress up in make-up and outfits and go to sporting events to display how well-adjusted they are to society are allowed to do so.

So I guarantee you here is what happened that started this whole rumor (and I have heard it on Twitter and elsewhere as well). Pathological liar John Sheldon made up a story and told this Jacob kid that he had been kicked out of the stadium for no reason and banned. This Jacob kid, not knowing any better (i.e. that John Sheldon is a pathological liar) posted the story that pathological liar John Sheldon told him on Facebook, and it took off from there.

I didn't go to the game, but Johnny Weirdo was definitely being his usual creepy self around campus and as the band marched to the stadium. I even overheard a young girl ask her dad "why does he have a video camera".

I'm too old to hang out there after the game.. before the game was crazy enough for me (and it wasn't all that crazy - bunch of old folks and even a few kids running around).

I saw Johnny enter the concourse next to ours on Saturday. Looked he was talking to the ushers. I looked away to watch the next play and when I looked back he was gone.

Maybe the ushers aren't allowing him to roam up and down the stands anymore

makes sense to me - I mean, they wouldn't allow tens of thousands of well-adjusted, socially content people to wander around all day - why allow such an awkward, creepy person who dresses up like a superhero on gameday do it?
