One of the guy's in our tailgate group picks up East Side fried catfish and wings for one tailgate a year. The wings are ok. The fish is better.

It all screws me over as I cover all of Michigan. Every summer I'm taking detours all over the place. But 696 will probably cause the most traffic being detoured everywhere.

Although I live near m59, and all the freaking traffic is diverted to the road leading to my sub. I guess it's just a bitch no matter what.

Well the alternative is shutting down one side of the highway for lengthy stretches of time which will get them apparently executed soooooo....

I'd rather they always do it like that actually, if possible. Just like 275. Shut the fucker down, get it done, and I'll deal with it for several months. Better than several years of avoiding the area anyway because of perma construction. There's no happy way to do these things, so just pull the band aid off as quickly as possible.

Or all of you could just move away from all of that traffic and enjoy these views on your way to work....
