Trump knows he's untouchable at the present time and since his base is as uninformed as himself they don't give a shit because he sounds just like them.

60% of Puerto Rico doesn't have any landlines or cell service, over 70% of the island is still without power, roads aren't being cleared quickly and Trump can ignore 3.8M American citizens because he know his base could give a fuck.
