It’s time for one world government.

If you care about people that’s the only conclusion you can come to. One, worldwide nation with a democratically elected assembly of leaders, resources allocated as needed for the betterment of humanity and the planet, and a focus on our species expanding technological advancement to spread outward into the solar system. We need Star Trek.

Kidding and Roc's drunkenness aside, maybe in another 25-50 years if earth is still around and there are people inhabiting it. We're still too tribal and territorial to give up our differences.

And way too greedy

The only way there would ever be one world government is if the planet faced an extraterrestrial threat. And even then individual nations would not disappear but would probably just kick up tax money to fund a planetary defense force.

We would still be pretty much fucked as any species that has interstellar travel would be able to conquer us in short order.

I was drunk. But this is what I want.

I'm not sure this is  remotely possible even 200 years down the road. I just want to be dead and buried before ISIS or whoever takes over for them gets a few nukes.
