Damned fine band - Hughie Thomasson the main man in the Outlaws played with Skynyrd for about 10 years in the late 90s/early aughts. There are a couple of live versions of Green Grass out there that sparkle.

Glad you like it. Album was released in 1975 when I was in high school but I didn't hear it until getting to State in 1977. Forget if it played on WITL or one of the rock stations but I immediately went to Wherehouse records and bought it on vinyl.

Green Grass and High Tides was responsible for blowing the tweeters on my EPI speakers multiple times, causing many trips to Tech HiFi to get them repaired.
