I dont think it’s as complicated as that.

We already saw this with North Korea.

1) threaten war
2) call people names
3) set up a summit
4) give all sorts of concessions for no reason
5) attempt to make the exact same deal as the original Iran deal that you hated and take credit for it like it’s somehow different
6) (were not sure yet how all that works out but we’re following the same gameplan.)

One thing I love about Iranians, Turks and Pakistanis to a lesser extent is their cultural sensitivity to really subtle language and behavioral cues. Something like the president's all-caps brain vomit, is akin to farting in an elevator to them. He's such a piece of shit.

Iran is mad at the UK for detaining an Iranian tanker that was believed to be heading to Syria in violation of sanctions. They threatened to detain a UK ship in retaliation, and they already have made an attempt at doing so that was stopped because the UK had a warship escort in the area. They also think the EU/UK were/are not doing enough to shield them from US sanctions.
