What would you do?
My TE is Rudolph. It’s been pretty underwhelming, as have most TEs been this season. I drafted Greg Olsen who has been on IR and is set to play this Sunday. Should I play Olsen? He could have a light game just testing everything out. Or stick with Rudolph this week and try Olsen next week?

Christ. Need to pull this one out badly to remain in playoff race. We were 99% a few minutes ago. Now up 17 and he has Hill left, no one else in play. TDs are 10 points.

Un fucking real. I can't believe it. This is the only reason I pay attention to this stupid sport. Lots of $$ invested. Steelers (Conner, Bell ) on bye next week, I'm inclined to think we're done and I can piss on my $500 and light it on fire.

Damn that’s a lot of money. The one I am in is $50. I finally got my ass kicked this time. Bound to happen. 5-1

Team MyBallsWasHot is currently 6-0. Well, 5-0 for a couple more hours. The fat lady has already sung. I would like to think Todd Gurley and Tyreke Hill who are so good I'm not even mad that I haven't started DeSean Jackson once this season.

Re: 2018 Fantasy Football
If Rodgers doesn't fuck up I could actually win in both leagues tonight to be 3-3 and 1-5. The current 0-5 record pisses me off. Had a pretty good draft but have run into a ton of bad luck.

Re: 2018 Fantasy Football
Finally moved to 3-3
Started the season 0-3 even though I had the 2nd most points scored in the league - I just had the most points scored against me by a large margin playing the 1st, 1st, and 2nd highest scores through the first couple weeks.
I kept it in the top 3 the weeks 4/5 but was able to get 1st/2nd most points. This week was the first time I've played someone that hasn't scored in the top 3

Re: 2018 Fantasy Football
I'm going to win by 40+ without either RB. I didn't wake up in time to bench Melvin Gordon, and Giovanni Bernard didn't do shit.
Mahomes - 32
Broncos D/ST - 33
OBJ - currently 11
John Brown - 19
George Kittle - 18
Michael Thomas - 12
Harrison Butker - 8
Mahomes is a savior for me this season.

I'm gonna survive Denver's Defense and Sony Michel's injury because I have Todd Gurley. Alshon Jeffrey helped, too.

I can't believe how many points Denver got. Congrats to you man!
I have somehow pulled off 6-1 with a very average team. Everyone is pissed at how lucky I am.

Re: 2018 Fantasy Football
Lost again. Lowest point total in the league. Here's a few MVP's for the week.
L. McCoy - 0
P. Barber - 3
K. Rudolph - 2
A. Robinson - 1
G. Gano - 1
I had so many injuries and byes this past week my bench scored a total of 7 points to boot.
My top two RB's on draft day were McCoy and Freeman.
Wooooo!!!!

Well, the non-Blake Bortles part of my team scored 108 this week. So, I finished with 107.5.
Still won though. This Tyreke Hill/Todd Gurley duo is working wonders. James White joined in on the fun this week too.

Re: 2018 Fantasy Football
Picked up Njoku to cover Graham on the Packers bye week. He did very well. Fantasypros is saying play him over Graham this week. The reasoning (Packer receivers near full strength) makes a bit of sense but both games are away. My decision in spots like this usually bite me in the ass. Open to opinions

Re: 2018 Fantasy Football
I might have just sealed our fate in big $$ auction league.
2-5 but still alive for a playoff spot. Jordan Howard has barely even been startable. Garbage. Cohen getting the majority of the snaps in Chicago's offense. Had a shit matchup this week at QB with Cam playing against the Ravens. I actually looked this up. They gave up something like 31, 7, 7, 9, 12, 7, 22 points to QBs (30 is good in our league, anything less not so much). Traded Howard for Brady to start him on MNF.
Yeah, if I had started Howard or Newton I'd be in the house comfortably right now. As is I need 7 more points from TB. One TD from this asshole.

Re: 2018 Fantasy Football
The two last place dudes in my league have instituted a fire sale for draft picks next year, and I missed out on the goodies, so I probably have no chance now. Pretty lame. They didn't even get good value. Fournette and a 13 for a 10? Garbage.

Re: 2018 Fantasy Football
Started my season in the one league (typical .5PPR scoring) 0-5 despite a very good draft according to Yahoo. Have since won 3 in a row, including punking one of the better managers by less than a point this past weekend. Outside chance at the playoffs but not likely.
Started my season in the high scoring league (carries, completions, incompletions, 1st downs, TFL, 3 & outs, etc.) 1-3 but have since rattled off 4 straight wins and in 3rd place. Funny, because Yahoo hated my draft and predicted I wouldn't win a matchup all season.

Yahoo predicted I'd go 12-1. I started 0-3. I'm now 4-4.

Fucking Gurley, what kind of selfish motherfucker stops instead of going in the end zone. This generation has no values. Millennial took the easy way out instead of being tough and getting me... I mean his team 6 points.

Re: 2018 Fantasy Football
My league hates me so much. I have never seen such stupid luck that I’ve had this season. 8-1 today.
At first, it seemed obvious I was going to kill my opponent. All her good players were on bye, and she doesn’t manage her team much, so last min pick ups for her. Then my team shit the bed. All of them. I won scoring 90 points, and won by just 2 points. Such dumb luck.

Re: 2018 Fantasy Football
Rolling in both leagues.
Went from 1-3 to 6-3 in the high score league after this weekend. Crushed the guy by about 110.
Went from 0-5 to 4-5 in the regular league beating the guy by 25 despite having my best RB's (Barkley & Mixon) and Ertz on bye. Picking up Chicago's Howard and TB's Howard to fill the voids proved brilliant as both scored 2 TDs.
Have Chicago's D in both leagues. They killed yesterday putting up 70 & 28.

70 points for a defense?
Do they get points for having 11 on the field for each play?

Re: 2018 Fantasy Football
I like the scoring in that league because it puts more emphasis on D and special teams. Technically, Chicago only scored 69.8NigelUno wrote:The Pantry wrote:Rolling in both leagues.

Fair point.
How do most defenses fair every week compared to QB or RB or WR points?
