Just watched this and finally saw a good slow motion replay. I think it was a bad call the glove looks to be clearly over the yellow line so that makes the ball fair play for the fans.

I do think though that if it wasn't for the fan touching Betts he has a good chance at making that catch which is pretty incredible.
