Actually for us it's a 2PM game. So getting up at 1 is all that's required.

Yeah - the game loses some of the excitement when MSU comes in riding a 2 game losing streak and UM come into it having lost at the big hole to Wiscy

But no better time to start day drinking than break of dawn, that way by kick who really give a fuck anyway

Name a year (outside 2002) we didn't show up to play a scum team that was better than us, with more talent, better croots, uglier "women", better coaches, etc etc??

I'm sorta kinda okay with noon kickoffs..

first of all, I'm an early bird anyway. "Sleeping in" for me is about 6:00 AM and that rarely happens. So, I'll get up , have coffee - work out. Then it's time to focus on drinking.

I don't mind drinking in the mornings. I actually enjoy it.. and a noon kick gives me a reason other than just "early stage alcoholism".

plus - if you're not going to the game (which I rarely do any more), it kind of gives you the rest of the day to do what you want. I'll typically walk downtown, drink some beer - hang out with some friends at a few different tailgates, catch the band - and I'm home by 11:45 or so to settle in on the couch.

I get that if you're coming from out of town that noon games can be difficult.
