Thanks! That’s beautiful to see. I noticed there’s been nothing made this time around of the turf being in those individual pods like the last time. Does this mean it’s all one big carpet? And the old reporter in me would like to know if the pods approach is history, is it considered a failed process?

What's your top sports goal of the year? My #1 goal is to see the Spartans beat the Wolverines on the football field. I plan on putting on the lucky underwear, socks, having a winning snack spread, my favorite beer and will be here ready to post/win it on the message board. I think it's crucial that we are hear every Saturday, fired up and doing what we can to help our offense improve. Go Green!

My expectations are that the East will come down to the OSU game for Football.
My expectations for hoops are that it's damn hard and you need to get damn lucky to win a Natty so I'll say FF.
Don't have any other sports goals.

Per MLive:
B1G media days coming up in a week. Dantonio is bringing Willekes, Williams, and Bachie. It’s the first time in MD’s time as HC that he’s not brought any players from the Offensive side of the ball.
Sorry, every time I try to link the story, something about a Kent 7 on 7 comes up instead. Eff it.

That means Lewerke the Sr QB won't be a captain and he'll be drafted in the 5th round.

That’s probably true. At least now he can go back to that goofy haircut style he had for the first couple of years.

You and me both. The choice of representatives for the B1G Media Day should we be concerned that no one from offense is representing?

For the typo or the runner up spot? I still think that’s a generous placement.

Tie for 1st, but lose the tiebreaker. Still make the playoff.

MSU hires an on-campus recruiting coordinator. He’s been at Mt. Union as an assistant for the past few years, but was the longtime head coach at Mason HS before that.

It's just a 22 second clip of calisthenics and Bachie pumping up the team.

Re: tOfficial 2019 MSU Football Thread - Year 6 of the Brandon Sowards Experience
Lots of good stuff today from the coaches it sounds like. Very good things to say about J. Panasiuk's development. Good things to say about Collins and Williams at RB. Good things to say about Lewerke. Coach D apparently not giving up on a waiver for immediate eligibility post transfer for Jayden Reed. This kid could help immediately. 56 catches and 8 TDs as a true freshman.

Hadn’t heard there’s an issue with Reed.
