15-0.
No issues with Reed. They were seeking a waiver for immediate eligibility and were told not promising but Coach D is apparently not giving up. I worded it poorly.

Look at the situation they got me facin'. I can't live a normal life, I was raised by the street. So I gotta be down with the hood team. Too much television watching, got me chasing dreams. I'm an educated fool with money on my mind

Brutal stretch with OSU, Wisconsin, PSU, and UM in six week span including the bye week. Three of those games are on the road. I think they start 5-0 and then stop playing for the season and claim an undefeated season and national championship in 50 years.

Solari wrote a nice piece on Josh Butler, including quotes from his twin brother, Akilian. Losing both parents in just two years would be brutal.

So I hear our linemen are heavier this year. funny, nothing seems to make me confident in this whole thing. I'll just take the wait and see attitude with the offense.

Even if they stay healthy, I'm not seeing the kind of talent we had on the OL on some of our best teams. I could be wrong though.

MEH... hopefully better then we realize. We have no idea their true potential with the injury situation last season... PLUS THIS:

MEH... We could have DWags as the premiere back if the line holds up. It's all about the big guys.

Potential is great.
I'm not seeing anything close to an OL with guys like Conklin, Clark, and Allen though.

Re: tOfficial 2019 MSU Football Thread - Year 6 of the Brandon Sowards Experience
caught the BTN show last night from East Lansing.. they did a nice job. Got me pretty hyped for the season. Wish MSU had either UM, OSU, Wisconsin and NW at home, though. If we could somehow get 2 of those 4, we can win 10 games.. I suspect 8-4 is a lot more realistic.

Re: tOfficial 2019 MSU Football Thread - Year 6 of the Brandon Sowards Experience
I think there will be 4 backs in the mix initially. Heyward, LDJ, Williams and Collins. I think Heyward will be more of a 3rd down back. Great hands, good blocker. I think Coach D is going to give the latter 3 every opportunity to win the early down back bell cow job.

You didn't see anything close to what they would become in early August 2012 either.NigelUno wrote:AvgMSUJoe wrote:
