A couple replies if someone ask "what's your bottom dollar?":

Reply back with "What's the absolute most that you'll pay?"

or,

"Bike still for sale?
What's the lowest you'll go on it?"

"2 mph, anything lower and it'll tip over."

If someone tells me to bet it, they feel it’s a pretty sure thing. And I should be confident in it. “You can bet your bottom dollar MSU will not make the college football playoffs.” Like hey man, I know you’re broke but don’t worry about staking your last bit of cash, this is a sure thing.

Like JFS says when selling if someone asks what my bottom dollar is, I’d say you’re looking at it. Or it’s the price listed that I won’t hesitate to part with it if someone offers me that. I’ll consider offers below my bottom dollar but not saying I’d sell.
