I watched game 7 of 2005 Finals last night. What struck me was that Detroit didn't have anyone who could create their own shot, other than possibly Sheed. It was insane. Selective memory when I try to tell myself how great that team was. Great defensively, yes. Offensive, not so much. Chauncey was completely shut down by Bowen) Parker and Manu. Rip was strictly a pick and pop guy. I don't even know what Tayshaun was offensively. And Ben was Ben.

Dwyane Wade does not belong in that conversation. Therefore, team 1 wins.

Team 1 is in their 50s and 60s now and their knees have to be shot so I’m going with team 2

Pretty sure 4 of the 5 guys on team 2 have at one point in their careers quit on their teammates in the playoffs or finals.

So yeah. Team 1.

Good team. Got hot, especially at the end. Lakers mailed it in. No one on team 1 would let that happen.
