Depending upon where you are those light clouds might not be light clouds.

True, they could be smoke clouds. The haze is smoke hazy.

What’s your most reliable hourly weather app? I was planning on golfing tomorrow evening. Naturally, after only being able to play once in the last month, i finally have a chance to play and it is going to rain.

Anyway, one source said 20% chance tomorrow between 4-8 and I thought I might have a chance to go out but another source says 70% which is a lot less optimistic but I don’t know who is right

My go to is the NOA site, all of the other weather predications start with this data.

Here SW of A2 we are not expecting rain until about 5 PM today, but the rest of MI looks like it might already be raining.

Never would. I’ve known way too many people that have been struck on courses.

By that I mean 2. I know two people. But with the relative unlikelihood of someone getting hit and me knowing them, 2 feels like a lot.

I suppose I don’t really need to make a time and decide in advance on a day like today. We’ll just play it by ear and figure it out at 4

I only personally know one, but he died when he got hit. He was playing softball at the time. Then there’s the widely publicized golf strike of the teen boy from Marlette who got hit on Akers running from a storm. That was probably 40-ish years ago. The guy survived, but he’s needed full time care ever since, and it’s basically bankrupted his parents. It’s a horrible story.

Little bit of rain here for the first time in weeks.

Rain gage says 0.15 inches so far

Played pretty well for the first 9, then for whatever reason I was like yeah fuck it let’s keep going. Turns out that when everything is all wet you don’t golf as well.

IDK, Travis, that sounds like an excuse a umaa fan would make (and has) for their football team losing. A good golfer would make the necessary adjustments. I’ll give you a pass on this, though, since someone in your biological family went to scum and you might have the foul weather excuse in your dna.

You’re right, this is crappy weather.

55 partly sunny. beautiful here on the bay in TC.

Have had about half an inch of rain in the last 48 hours. The fields, & my yard, are still as dry as a witch's scalp. Going to water the new trees we planted (water every other day right now) today.

What if the witch is like a bog witch? I’d imagine that their scalps aren’t dry

Don't know, I pulled that out of the opening of "The Natural".

Got a little more rain this afternoon. Raining lightly now. The best part is some slow rolling thunder.
