Posters Only Meeting Thread (No Admins or Lurkers Allowed)

Guys we need a posters only meeting to save the season. Heat or our legions of lurkers please leave now don’t be rude

Our focus as posters hasn’t been there. I know it, you know it, the results are there on the field. I’m not here to point fingers at any one poster, because I’m pointing the finger at every poster including myself. We’re all a mess. We don’t even have an Ohio state pregame thread going yet. Who should be starting it? Do we know? Are we just going through the motions?

I don’t have all the answers but we gotta figure it out if we don’t want to be completely humiliated Saturday. So what do you got posters? No bad ideas.

A mod is more like captain really. The posters that we elevate due to their leadership and exemplary posts. And a captain’s job is to call poster only meetings to get us really focusing the way we need to focus

I disagree, a captain never has the power to kick people off the team (ban posters) or change a player's position (like moving threads to a different board). At best, you're like a grad assistant. Trying to be one of us, but someone whose true loyalties is to the Head Coach.

There is no I in team, however not sure that captains don't have some say as to who is on the team, just saying.

Back when self-directed work teams were a thing, I knew that we had create one when the team came to me, their management, and requested one team member be removed.

Well, all summer GreenWay and Kingston shit all over football threads. They refused to focus. They didn't want to work hard and be disciplined posters. They own all of the blame. Kingston is redeemable, but GreenWay should be banned for life.

So what does each of us need to do to be a better, more focused, winning poster.

After all, accountability begins with me for each of us.

I could commit to going back to cheering for each positive play that the team makes, like two weeks ago, if that will help.
