So how will the so called Supreme Court lie their way out on not saying he is not eligible to run for any office?

Also, the argument that the state's cannot enforce what is in the Constitution seems really silly to me.

In this case they are enforcing what the US Constitution says. The Supreme Courts choice is to agree with them, or not. The "we can't leave it up to the states" is a red herring.
