The last few pages of the Spartan History section from each season's media guide maintains an updated list of letter winners. Most times it has their jersey number (or it says #* when unknown).

2014 Spartan Football Media Guide - History Section

See pages 36-49. You can search by jersey number (ctl-F) #80 gets you Henry Minarik as the first alphabetic entry for #80. Played End from 48-50.
