I am all for equality. That being said, do you think some women become lesbians because they are unattractive and realize they are unlikely to find a man?

I think some do. Albeit, far more than gay men who choose to do so for the same reason.

There are some men and women who look at other men and women and have carnal thoughts.

How one appears doesn't affect how your brain is wired. But your explanation is simple.

I can totally understand why a woman would be a lesbian. Women look good, smell nice, have more in common with other women, and have superior knowledge in how to "work the equipment" so to speak. In fact, I can't understand why ALL women aren't lesbians.
