Who's goin? I doubt I go to the game but will be tailgating and bar hopping. Never been to WMU.

My original plans, had I been able to make them happen, included flying into GR on Friday and making it to this game and then going to Oregon the following weekend. I decided to scratch the flying into GR.

Unfortunately my boat is in the shop, and I won't be able to attend.

I'm flying in for a week with family. I'll be looking to do something around gametime. My half-assed plans to get tickets were torched when it sold out, and the ticket prices on StubHub made me

So my older brother and I have made more half-assed plans to, like, do something. Go to an alumni watch party, or just go to a bar with the game on and do some damage, something. We'll figure it out.

We are not the best planners in the world. More like "play it as it lays," if you dig.

Long story short -- going to the game? probably not, unless we can scare up reasonably priced tickets. Going to K'zoo? Entirely possibly, don't know yet. Making the game an integral part of the trip? You bet your damned ass.

GO GREEN!

P.S. -- You're dreaming if you don't think Western puts a helluva scare into this team. I wouldn't even rule out the possibility they beat us. They've got a hella good coach, and Dantonio's teams tend to come out of the gate slow. Just sayin'.

Western will not beat us or make it close even. State wins by at least 4 TDs.

Depends how old you are. Kalamazoo has some great bars though, my personal favorite being the Kalamazoo Beer Exchange.

I took Friday off to tailgate, but I'll be with a bunch of former WMU football players which should be interesting...hopefully they don't beat me senseless and leave me in a dumpster somewhere.

Those tickets sold like wildfire and I wasn't going to buy WMU season tickets just for MSU.

Branco fans are drinking the kool aid talking upset.

I would be more concerned if MSU was coming in with a first year starting QB and a lot of fresh faces on the OLine but I can see a lot of Pound Green Pound followed by Bronco DB's chasing MSU WR's after they put 8-9 in the box to stop the MSU ground game.
