In the AP poll fsu tied MSU for 5.
In the coaches they dropped to 6. MSU will be top 5.

I think the Top 4 teams should stay Top 4.  Everyone else should be playing for 5th.  We finished 5th last year and that made sense.  I just assumed it was because the Top 4 didn't change.  Apparently that's not the case.

I just checked on ESPN for the rankings. I guess the committee doesn't put out a final ranking. We should stay top 5 at worst, anything lower than that and it's a brand thing.
MSU had the worst possible matchup and part of that was the committee manipulating to try to get an Oklahoma Bama final. Anyone other than Bama and it would have been competitive, unless of course cook is injured more than he's letting on.

Too early to tell IMO. If Alabama blows out Clemson like they blew us out, then the top 4 will remain the same IMO with Bama and Clemson swapping spots but MSU and Oklahoma at 3 and 4. If Clemson competes with Alabama or beats Alabama then MSU may slide pretty far down, maybe as far down as 10.

Might drop to 6. No big deal. Best 4 teams left means more.
