The Wrong Roommate on Lifetime Movie Network does sound pretty good...

A newly-single college professor moves into her sister's home to watch over the house and her 17-year-old niece. She discovers a mysterious stranger living in the guest house who she soon learns has a troubled past with dangerous consequences.
