Yeah, the epidemic I was referring to wasn't focusing on the sexual assault aspect, just teachers banging students.

Forty years ago I'd have had no problem if a couple of the hot teachers made advances but all these years later I can say it's not a good thing.

I hear ya - it's easy to say "where were these teachers when I was in high school" like Beavis and Butthead - but that's an unfortunate commentary on society and can lead to dangerous consequences as it relates to the psychological, social and sexual development of the victim.

Bristol teacher Eleanor Wilson who had oral sex with pupil in aeroplane toilet being investigated by police

It came to light after another pupil threatened to expose her unless she “engaged in sexual conduct” with him. The school’s name cannot be revealed to protect the pupils involved in the case.

Ms Wilson, 28, has been struck off on recommendation from the National College for Teaching and Leadership (NCTL).

Police confirmed with the Bristol Post on Thursday morning it had opened enquiries into the case.
