Junior is like his father who thinks rules and laws can be ignored and if you are caught just use lawyers to delay until a plea agreement could be reached just like Trump Senior did when he denied violating the Civil Rights Act Fair Housing rules and stalled while he ordered staff to shred DOJ requested documents. After possible evidence was destroyed Trump Sr. settled out of court.

Rules and laws are for other people who don't have financial resources to negotiate themselves out of any and all legal difficulties.
