Well they went through 3 Police Chiefs in one week.  There was a murder cover up of the first Chief's wife (Suicide, 2 gun wounds).  There was some human trafficking.  A directly related sex scandal involving 2 of the chiefs and several cops, girl was underage btw.  They won't even say why the 3rd Chief got canned.  Hold up... too much typing.
