NBA Finals Thread
Cavs @ Warriors tonight at 9 on ABC.
Predictions? I got the Warriors in 6.
I don't think the Cavs are that good, especially without Kyrie healthy and Love. They benefitted greatly from the Hawks choking on applesauce (considering what they did in the regular season) and a weak ass Eastern Conference.
Warriors will score far too much for the Cavs to keep up, and Green has some great defensive performances against Lebron. But, Lebron will win a game or two for the Cavs pretty much single handedly. Doubt they can turn this into a 7 game series. Way too many options and team ball played by the dubs.

Everyone is assuming Green will be on James. I'm not sure that is going to happen. He will get him from time to time, but they will probably rotate defenders on him. I wanna say that Warriors will sweep, but I think the Cavs will pull off one in Cleveland. I'm not even sure the Cav's have played anywhere that is half as loud as GSW's arena. Neither team has a lot of Finals experience, except for Lebron, I don't think Miller, or whoever else followed from Miami has even played in the playoffs. In the end, the West is better, and I think GSW is just too deep.

Draymond should go "Bad Boys" on LeBron to guarantee a Warriors series win.

The experience of one person? Hasn't Kerr won a championship? If that is the case, both head coaches have won titles.Blanch32 wrote:I'm on team lebron. You fools are discounting experience too much.

They thought taking a week or two off is a good idea. I swear I heard it had something to do with the Taylor Swift tour.

Warriors in 5. If you list the top 10 players in the game. The Warriors have 8 of the top 10 or 9 if Irving isn't 100%.

With Kyrie limping off like that, I smell a sweep. Lebron had to drop off 44 just to keep it close.

Loved seeing #23 playing so hard, blocking out every chance he had, always first back on D, fighting for every ball - what a guy! And what was with that strip at the end? Was it off a foot or knee - I couldn't see what happened?

You're rmlao BC the cavs had 2 chances to win in regulation??
As long as the cavs can defend cuts to the basket a million times better they got this series. Blatt got schooled last night.

A little bit off topic. Went to the bar last night to watch the second half. Everyone down here is rooting for GSW, or, more likely, rooting against Cleveland.

She would tell you something like your jacked up neck meant that you were being a giraffe and had your head in the clouds, and you needed to be more grounded.
