1. yes, wife. Agree, those two are the best.

2. No, but he was referenced. I told them I tried to recruit you to my golf league and you advised the donk. They loved that and were very enthused by the mention of the donk, which then prompted Ms. $outh to mention the spider man PTSD guy who I have no knowledge of.

OTPT your metabolism is gonna stop in the next year or two. If you want to avoid putting on some lbs, don't worry about the kind of meat you eat, worry about the kind of carbs you eat. Eat as much red delicious meat as you want. Don't eat bread.
