The Browns are locked and loaded to go 0-16, they aren't even trying to field a decent team until 2018. Draft picks is their only goal as they employ serious 'Money Ball' criteria to their roster.
McCown may actually put the 0-16 record at risk more than RG3, he can hit an occasional underneath throw.
