Also had a cracked windshield from a rock driving down. Awesome times.

Yep. The older I get the tighter I grab my money. I honestly like the drive. I fly too. Some of the best vacations we've had as a family have been driving in my Chrysler Town and Country around this country. This time we're driving my truck. Oldest gets to fly cause of commitments at MSU.

I don't do straight through drives any more. I limit myself to 500-700 miles on a long day. Back when I was a silly youth I lived outside Tampa, in Lakeland and in Winter Haven at different times. More than once I left FL on Thursday night, drove the 22 hours home and then left home on Sunday morning arriving in time for work on Monday. Of course the speed limit was 55 back then so it sucked compared to the same drive today.
