My dad turns 80 on Monday. I bought a greeting card to mail him. It cost $5.69, it's not even a particularly fancy card. How the F is greeting card companies still in business with these prices? Because idiots like me keep buying cards.

We need to end this practice. Same way we need to end Yellow Pages.

I agree. I hate wasting money on cards. But my in-laws very much expect it. It really adds up throughoutthe year. My family gets it. If you give a gift, you will know who it’s from. We all agree to save the $5.

I believe Wally has a workaround to this plight.

Yesterday I had to run an errand in between meetings. I hadn't eaten yet and didn't really have time to cook at home. There was a KFC right there so I googled real quick to see if they serve grilled chicken. They do. I ordered two grilled chicken tits. They were quite good to my surprise. Might have to add it to the rotation.
