I read some comments on another site that were interesting. Basically said that Americans will fight hard to make sure nothing happens to the second amendment, while shitting over the rest of the constitution. Because of that, there will never be another revolution in the US.

Was interesting as far as comments go.

Time to get rid of gun free zones. All they do is guarantee the shooter won't meet resistance. That is all.

The only thing that will stop a bad kid with a gun is a good kid with a gun.

There is not a single stat that backs up gun nuts.

We are the only 1st world country with these gun problems.

And the funny thing is, the gun nuts are being played by the NRA so easily. They think it is about the 2nd Amendment. Remember "Obama's coming for your guns"? Pumped through NRA and radio idiot channels for 6 years. Every year under Obama, gun sales has hit a record. Not once has "Obama come for your guns." It's about money.

Same exact reason why NRA is against tighter background checks. Simple math. That takes away something like 3 million gun users. Each one of them buys multiple guns. Tons of ammo. Holsters. Targets. Gun cases. Shooting range visits. Gun merchandise. Etc. You are talking about, literally, hundreds of millions of dollars gone from their pockets yearly. Thus, they are against intelligent background checks. Because they are greedy fucking pigs. And most hardcore gun nuts are ignorant fucks.

Can someone explain to me what is so great about guns. Yeah I shot a few empty beer cans off a fence once.

I thought it was pretty boring.

Kids on drugs (provided by doctors) and coddled to the point that they can't get past some affront. They are also desensitized by just about everything, and addressing mental and psychological issues is a thing of the past.. You can take the guns, but it is totally unrelated to the problem.

School shootings are the result of fucking terrible parenting 95% of the time. When I was growing up, I was afraid to have a Playboy under my mattress.... Kids these days have zero sense of responsibility or fear of repercussions, and that is why 'Merica is FUBAR and we will default on all our debt and eventually we will be Canada South with a huge debt problem. Nobody wants to haul their own freight these days. It isn't about "mental health", stoopid, it's about not having the nuts to hurt feelings in an attempt to make motherfuckers feel accountable for their actions over the course of their upbringing.

Addressing mental health issues would involve attention being placed on the underlying root cause of mental health disorders. This will not happen anytime soon.
