I think coffee would be a fair bit hotter than 110 if it's too hot to drink. I don't know about the efficacy of blowing on hot coffee to cool it down though, probably just adding an ice cube or small amount of cold water would be much more efficient, but sometimes all you've got is the air in your lungs.

I don't know anything about blowing. Let's ask LWS.
However, I remove the lid and let it set for a few minutes, unless I'm walking somewhere.
