There are great contacts to be made and great money to be made. If you raised her right, she has a chance of keeping her head on straight, but in that business, that is all she will keep if you catch my drift.

25 years ago my cousin was a HS volleyball player in SoCal. After graduation and 2 years of college she sent her photo portfolio to Ford Modeling. They responded, invited her to NYC for an interview, took more photos with one of their photographers and about a month later she was hired. Started with some catalog work, got noticed and had about 5 years of work in Europe and both coasts. Made a lot of money in 8-10 years before she got married.

There is Ford Modeling and a few others that are on the up and up. But without a major agency its a crap shoot.

My Vietnamese UM daughter could be a hand model. Her hands are very elegant looking

Not at all. I just know some of her friends who would misuse/misdiagnose any adulation that might come with the fame. They are simply too needy to handle it appropriately. But, I guess that could lead to some carnal needs as well.

I've thought about getting my little Bella into the business, but I'm afraid they'd just treat her like property. The business has an evil dark side too it.

I decided to shield her from that lifestyle...and let her grow up with a normal life.

My girlfriends best friend was the davidoffcool water chick 10-15 years ago. She freely admits to all the bad shit that can happen.

I'm thinking it'd be a long shot - but she said she would represent her etc and that she was exactly right etc etc.

Clearly I wouldn't advise it as a career- even though this woman made millions --- thinking just for a year or two but im still nervous.

I've always thought dirt balls were the only ones who'd allow such a thing ...hard to shut it down when they want it so much and the kid is straight As, remarkably good type.
