Remember way back on page one when some people were upset this thread wasn't focusing on D-Day? I remember.

oh - and did you see that your christian hero has separated a 4 month old from its parents and placed it in a cage??

It was in the mainstream media (they don't always tell the truth, FYI), so.. beware.

But, if true, I'm sure it makes you and the other pro-life patriotic christian supporters happy that there is a 4 month old baby in a cage somewhere crying and wondering where his/her parents are.

Sorry, Bob. You lost your altruistic status with that cage story and failing to say the father has a criminal record. Guess you only read what you wanna read in your hatred of Trump, same as the rest of the devote Dem maggots.

call me old fashioned, but children do not belong in cages.

I'm sorry if you find that immoral. Hope you have a pleasant morning in church.

Happy Father's Day..

The 10 best things Trump has done in 2018

Some of that has to be a joke, right?

The case of Otto Warmbier, underscored by Trump's reluctance to challenge Kim's account, makes it hard to praise him for prisoner release.

Has he really delivered for "forgotten Americans?" The tax break delivered far less punch for working and middle-class Americans. If you take a deep dive into the return of manufacturing jobs, you find two notable trends. First, there are considerable geographic discrepancies in the return of manufacturing jobs. Some regions previously dependent on manufacturing have been shut out of new manufacturing job.  Second, quite a few of those jobs are in non-production manufacturing and require at least a Bachelor's degree, so they are not helping the same working and middle-class people manufacturing used to help. Overall it has been a very narrow return.

The North Korea claim is the best. The U.S. has made concessions in the form of suspending or downsizing joint military exercises with South Korea. Even if you do not see that as concessions, the U.S. has got nothing in return for Trump's diplomatic outreach. North Korea twice tested ballistic missiles last month, including a never previously tested missile. In April, Kim met with Putin in Russia and the two sides agreed to strengthen relations. In March, the UN officially stated North Korea was working around international sanctions. Nothing has warranted concessions; Trump put some new lipstick on the relationship, but it is the same as it ever was.

Tough on Russia? It sounds like the Pentagon keeps Trump out of the loop on Russia. He has done nothing that should convince anybody he is tough on Russia and cowers to Putin when they are face-to-face.

The Iran deal was not disastrous. Not even remotely close. Iran is notoriously difficult to get to the negotiating table, but the U.S. and its partners made it happen, and in the process capped Iran's pursuit of nuclear weapons for two decades. Meanwhile, what is Trump now doing? Talking about a deal with Iran. And who is cultivating good relations with Iran in the meantime? China. All Trump foreign policy has accomplished thus far is pull our rivals closer together and push our allies farther away from us.

This thread started with someone extolling the virtue of American heroes.

And now the same person, in the same thread, is promoting the policy of America locking children in cages.
