I don’t think they could really do anything by themselves I’d be interested in tbh. I don’t really want their one guy because of his contract situation- you’d need to turn around things here really quick to get him to stay, and tacking on a bevy of future picks doesn’t really help in that.

They'll likely be looking for trades, but they're also on the verge of losing a lot of guards. He's a scorer and shooter, a mature junior coming off a national championship.

Knicks aren't good enough (even with CP3) to win a ring.

Yes, because as we all know, every NBA gm wins every trade they make every time, and they never make mistakes or overthink things. There are no documented cases of NBA gms making short sighted trades that come back to bite them later.

Kind of odd that your opinion seems a little one-sided. Couldn't the same be true conversely? That not making a trade for SGA, the 6th pick this year, and OKC's #1 next year might be a mistake and bite the Pistons later on?

I mean...unless you have an actual opinion on what a good trade would be...?
