Okay, my sources are now confirming Cade Something is in fact Cade Cunningham, so the mystery is solved. Meanwhile, we’re hearing rumbles and rumors coming out of the Pistons’ front office that they are still planning to draft Cade Cunningham — previously identified as Cade Something — with the number one pick overall.

I don’t know pro coaches, but I’ve never met a college coach that didn’t think they could take raw athleticism and turn it into a great position player. Of course, they are often wrong, but part of being able to be a big time coach is having a big time ego

Henry and some other player are getting passed over due to 2 factors.

Deep talent pool; between International and HS players 9 were draftedwho never played US college ball.

At 6’6” Henry is at the bottom of the chart for the current NBA 6’7”-6’10” is the new ideal for NBA 2 thru 5.

Henry reportedly had interest from Milwaukee but they used their 2nd rd pick for a player from Greece. Wonder why?

Being an undrafted is a better situation for players like Henry where teams think an undrafted free agent is a better fit than being stuck

Look man I know it’s mostly for the cameras, but I checked out the rest of the top 5 and they all got the typical pictures of their new guys at press conferences and holding jerseys (except for the raptors who I imagine have problems getting their new guy in the country) but the Pistons are the only one whose new guys got to work today. I know it’s for the camera and for me to make this post, but I really like it anyway.
