The ruling was 9-0 invalidating the usual Swill complaint that a ruling they don't like was made by fascist, unAmerican, Republican appointed judges.

Nessel assigned Fadwa Hammoud to lead the criminal investigation, along with Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy, while the attorney general focused on settling lawsuits against the state.

Hammoud and Worthy turned to a one-judge grand jury in Genesee County — a century-old, rarely used method — to hear evidence in secret and get indictments against Snyder and others.

A judge had no authority to issue indictments in the Flint water scandal, the Michigan Supreme Court said Tuesday, wiping out charges against former Gov. Rick Snyder, his health director and seven other people.

Hammoud and Worthy & the Judge screwed up.

So did Nessel, though the words "astonishing defeat" is overblown.

Is there any recourse at this point? Issue indictments correctly?

So this decision is correct in your opinion, but when the U.S. Supreme Court told Trump he didn’t have a case for election fraud, you still have doubts Biden really won?

Disagree about her "shitting the bed" as the M-Live article above shows this has been standard practice for a while and not just from the AG's office, with dozens of cases using this method.

That it was finally questioned in court and found to not be legal is a good thing, overall, for Michigan, but she and the lawyers in the AG office who used this were just following what had been done for years.

Not a big fan of our AG, as she is too much like some of the posters on this board in her social media messages, but don't see anything wrong with her allowing the lawyers working for her to to follow a pratice that was used for years in these cases.
