Well except that studies show that leftists tend to be driving by data and facts while the conservatives tend to appeal to authority figures, no matter how much of a lie the authorities are telling, the conservatives believe, so being a leftist echo chamber means it is a place where lies will always be challenged and the truth will be searched for, so it is probably a good thing.
