For years we have seen similar trucks on parade in Russia.

Trump wanted to have a big military parage when he was President, with M1 tanks etc, too but what told that they couldn't run 70-ton tanks on the streets of DC.

However back to these missiles.

Just by being launched from on trucks they lose some ability to accurately land at targets, yet these countries keep designing and building them that way.

What is the mindset that says being able to parade big missiles is a good thing?
