Cod

Add crumbled, roasted pecans to melted butter.  Brown the butter over low heat, stirring constantly (don't turn your back...it can burn quickly)
Spoon the butter-nut sauce over pan seared/grilled/baked cod  

If using raw pecans, roast them in the oven on a sheet pan at 375 for 12 minutes before making the butter sauce
