Don't know how accurate it is, but I recently read that the staffay have informed other potentially recruits that a scholarship was opening up as early as a few days ago. Maybe both sides knew it was coming.

Hearing now he wanted a private apartment as well

Just reporting what we are hearing from people inside the program. The staff was tired of the circus that was going on. Apartment, chef, play exclusively at the 4, and play 30 minutes minimum. High maintenance is the word being thrown around

I don't think Purdue is crooked. How Cal has gone from being the same in BBall as a Penn State type school, to a #1 ranked recruiting class has to be making UK fans feel better about getting a new coach if Coach Cal decides to try the NBA again.
